1. Overview

Military Transition University (ā€œMTU,ā€ ā€œwe,ā€ ā€œus,ā€ or ā€œourā€) is committed to protecting the integrity of our programs, our community, and your experience. This policy outlines the expectations, rights, and responsibilities for all users who engage with our content, platform, coaching programs, mobile app, and associated services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.

2. Refund & Payment Policy

Ā Coaching Programs (6F$, MTU Lifetime, 6FTL)Ā 

  • All coaching and consulting program sales are final once access is granted or a coaching call is scheduled.

  • Payment plans are contractual commitments and must be fulfilled even if the client chooses not to continue participating.

  • Refunds are not issued for partial usage, inactivity, or personal scheduling conflicts.

Digital Products / CoursesĀ 

  • Downloads, eBooks, digital trainings, and Passion.io courses are non-refundable due to instant access.

  • If technical issues prevent access, please contact us within 7 days for support.

Live Events / RetreatsĀ Ā 

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future retreat if notice is given at least 30 days prior to the event.Ā 

3. User Conduct & Platform Expectations

By engaging with MTUā€™s platforms (app, Kajabi site, coaching calls, or community spaces), you agree to:

  • Participate with respect and integrity

  • Maintain confidentiality of other membersā€™ information

  • Not duplicate, resell, or distribute MTU content without permission

  • Avoid harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior in coaching spaces

Violations of this policy may result in removal from programs with no refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All MTU contentā€”including but not limited to:

  • Coaching frameworks (6-Figure $oldierā„¢, B.A.S.I.C. Business Trainingā„¢)

  • Slide decks, guides, videos, and worksheets

  • Mobile app content and branding

ā€¦is the exclusive property of Ritchie Thomas and Military Transition University. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Program Access & Technology

  • App Access: Content inside the MTU app (Passion.io) may be updated or removed periodically.

  • Course Access: Lifetime access means access to current and future course materials as long as the MTU platform is active and hosted.

  • Tech Support: Users must have a stable internet connection and a compatible device. Tech support is provided via email.

6. Termination Clause

MTU reserves the right to terminate access to any service or program for violation of this policy or abuse of platform resources. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated ā€œEffective Dateā€ at the top of this page. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these changes.
